"Wonderful"
Great location, friendly staff, rooms are clean, and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful. We were quickly checked in by the friendly receptionist. It was a fantastic and memorable experience. Definitely I will visit Lancaster Tamar hotel again.

The staff. 100 % the staff. Both the night porter a lovely older man who brought opt bags to the room and the man on reception who could not be more helpful. We arrived very late Thursday night but had to leave really soon after cause a flight chamge at airport. This hotels staff are brilliant

My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The swimming pool was large enough to stretch out and swim - after a week walking in the old city of Damascus, that felt marvellous! The restaurant had a wide range of food and I was impressed that the free airport shuttle was even available at 1am. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

It was relatively close to the airport which is why we chose it. The room was comfy, the breakfast was good (not too much but sufficient). The staff was friendly.
